The World's First Digital Ice Art Museum
As light travels through water magically, projection of light through crystal-clear ice, metamorphoses even more spectacularly.
Combined with 3D Video, it creates an incredible spectacle, of unseen Ice and Art Light transformation, the most awe-inspiring Glow Show yet created.
100 video projections light up the ice sculpture panoramas, that reach a height of not less than 4 meters (13 feet), to amaze the sight of all visitors.
This visible spectrum effect, on a much larger scale, will be yours to discover, at the Digital Ice Palace.
The Ice Palace is built on the Bruges Railway Station Square and opens its ice-crusted gates for the public from Saturday 24 November 2018 up to and including Sunday 6 January 2019, with daily opening from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Tickets can be purchased at the box office at the entrance of the festival. Prior reservation is not necessary:
- Ticket Adult: € 12,00
- Ticket Student: € 10,00
- Ticket 65-plusser: € 10,00
- Ticket physically challenged: € 10,00
- Ticket kid 4 – 11 years old: € 8,00
- Free admittance for children under the age of 4 years.
Excellent location just near the historic city center.
Warm clothing is definitely recommended.
The ice sculpture are exposed in a thermal hall. The temperature inside the Ice Palace is a constant -6°C.
You will shiver from delight and your rosy cheeks and nose will glow with pleasure. But don’t forget to keep your gloves and woolly hat close at hand.
The festival had acces for wheelchairs. Photography and video recording are allowed inside the ice Ice Palace. Pets must be kept on a leash at any time.

Experience the cozy and charming atmosphere at the Christmas market, make your wish at the ice skating rink and climb to the top of the 12th-century bell tower. Take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage to see the city and enjoy the warm winter moments.
